Abstract: This file specifies how the unimplemented parts of the symbol value handler mechanism can be implemented. The symbol value handler mechanism allows the programmer to specify arbitrary hebhavior that twill happen when operations are performed on a symbol, such as accessing or modifying it. (This mechanism is implemented using the function dontuse this symbolvaluehandler, and currently the only approved usage of this mechanism is for providing backward compatibility.)
